Lisa Yarber-Cambron Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Yarber-Cambron, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Solutions Health Inc. With over a decade of healthcare experience, Lisa has cultivated a deep focus on population health. She graduated with honors from Western Governors University, earning both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Education.
Lisa's expertise extends across various domains, including critical care, nurse navigation in ambulatory care and infectious disease settings, as well as research and involvement in healthcare policy change. Certified in Ambulatory Care, her diverse background positions her as a leader capable of addressing the multifaceted challenges within the healthcare sector.
Her leadership as CEO is marked by a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and addressing critical issues facing the industry. Lisa's blend of experience, expertise, and dedication makes her an invaluable asset in guiding Solutions Health Inc. toward its mission of delivering high-quality care to its community.
Morgan Cole Chief Nursing Officer
Morgan Cole MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is co-founder and Chief Nursing Officer of Solutions Health Inc. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Morgan's journey began as a paramedic before pursuing her RN degree out of a passion for patient care. From 2007 to 2018, she honed her nursing skills across diverse locations, from Anchorage, Alaska to Swaziland, South Africa.
Transitioning to an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) role in 2018, Morgan has emerged as a leading expert in STI testing and treatment in the Louisville area. She holds advanced training in HIV diagnosis and care, along with expertise in diagnosing and treating various STIs from esteemed institutions like The University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University. As a member of the National Coalition of STD Directors, Morgan is dedicated to ensuring all patients feel SEEN: Safe, Empowered, Educated, and Nurtured under her care.
Laura Guy Chief Operations and Strategy Officer
Laura Guy, BS, CCRC, serves as the co-founder and Chief Operations and Strategy Officer of Solutions Health Inc. Graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2011, Laura embarked on her healthcare journey as a pharmacy technician before transitioning to the clinical research field.
With a wealth of experience in population health, infectious disease, cardiology, and quality improvement initiatives, Laura brings a multifaceted skill set to the Solutions Health team. Her expertise also extends to grant management and clinical project implementation, making her a versatile leader in healthcare operations.
Laura's primary focus lies in implementing and evaluating care models aimed at breaking down barriers to healthcare access and delivering care to marginalized populations.
